Refund Policy

Refunds and Returns; Cancellation.

Warranty. Your Product is covered by a limited lifetime warranty (the “Warranty”). If there is an issue with your Product, then please review the Warranty and e-mail us at support@ablecarry.com. The Warranty is incorporated by reference into these Terms. To the extent there is a conflict between the terms of the Warranty and these Terms, the terms of the Warranty will govern with respect to Product purchased from Able Carry.

Returns. If you want to return your Product within the first 30 days after your receipt, then please e-mail Able Carry at support@ablecarry.com to initiate return process. Return shipping is free for Hong Kong customers; standard shipping rates apply for international customers. You may cancel an order anytime prior to a shipping label being created. Refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment. If you purchased a Product using an offer code or gift code, the dollar value of any offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all of the merchandise is returned.

Title.

Risk of loss and title for Backpacks purchased from Able Carry pass to you upon delivery of such Backpacks (by Able Carry or our manufacturer) to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

Shipping. When you place an order for Backpack through the Site, the Backpack will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process.

FAQ

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to find a bag that’s right for you. That’s why we offer a 14-day trial period for backpacks. Pack your bag, take it out for a spin, show it to a friend. If you decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund your product cost.

Send us an email at support@ablecarry.com, and we’ll start the process. For Hong Kong purchases, returns are on us. For International customers, shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Note that accessories are not eligible for returns of exchanges.

 

How do I make a return or exchange?

  1. Please email us at support@ablecarry.com with your confirmation number
  2. Place your backpack into the Dustbag and any original packaging material you’ve kept.
  3. Include either the packing slip, confirmation number.

If you’d like to swap your bag out, send us an email at support@ablecarry.com and we’ll get you started. If you made an error when purchasing online, contact us right away so we can correct this before shipping out.
