Q: What’s Kickstarter and why is the Max launching there?

Kickstarter is a crowdfunding platform – projects launch by raising money from “Backers” in return for rewards once the project materializes.

In this case, your pledges will help fund the material and production costs we need to bring the Max to life, and in return, you’ll get the Max Backpack at its lowest prices ever.

Q: What are Rewards?

We set up pledges to ‘reserve’ Max backpack anywhere from 15-29% discount off the final retail price. Each tier is a deal, but the Earlybird tiers offer the biggest savings.

Getting rewards depends on a successful campaign, so we’re counting on you and your friends to help make this happen!

Q: How long do I have to make a pledge?

Our campaign runs from November 10th – December 10th. However! Earlybird tiers are limited to 100 per color. They usually go quick!

Our suggestion? Make an Early Bird pledge for the color you want once our campaign goes live. 

You won’t be charged anything until the Campaign ends and only if we meet our funding goal. You can always change your pledge at any time before then. 

Q: When will I get my backpack?

Our target is to begin shipping out before February 2021 once production finishes. We met our delivery targets in our last Kickstarter, and we intend to do the same this time around.

Q: I entered the giveaway and I like my chances. Should I still make a pledge?

100%, Especially if you want to secure your preferred color in an Earlybird slot. If you do win our giveaway, you can always change your pledge, or send the extra to a friend ;)
