We ship from two locations: USA and Hong Kong
Shipping from USA (Domestic US Shipping Only)
At the moment, inventory in the US can only be shipped to US addresses. They are sent out from New Jersey.
*Re-stock for USA warehouse inventory ETA week of November 14th. - includes Daily Backpack X-Pac Black, Navy Blue and others.
Shipping from Hong Kong (Worldwide; including USA)
We ship to most countries from our HK warehouse but with some exceptions due to limited availability of shipping solutions. Shipping to US is available as well but will be more expensive and longer transit times than shipping from USA.
If there are no shipping methods for you at checkout, it means we didn't set a shipping rate but please feel free to email us at support@ablecarry.com and we'll see what options are available.
We will do our best to update our shipping table to what's available and at a reasonable cost.

COVID Shipping delays (HK)
Please note that due to ongoing pandemic situation due to COVID-19, our main postal service for Standard Shipping, Hong Kong Post, has suspended many lanes and increased the transit time across the board. Carriers for Express Shipping have also increased their transit time and not been able to guarantee their delivery time.
With that said, HK has continued to relax COVID-19 related measures and have been scaling up flight capacity for passenger and cargo. We expect more countries to be back online for Standard Shipping as well as reduced transit times.
