14 Day Trial
Customers have 14 days starting from receiving the product for trying out.If within the 14 days they decide the bag is not for them, they are welcome to send it back to us for a refund. Postage for the return package is the responsibility of the customer.We will provide a freight forwarder address located in Japan for Japanese customer returns.We also take a 5USD restocking fee.Return packages take up to 14 days to return back to us and we will initiate the refund process once the return package is received.

Limited Lifetime Warranty
Able Carry gaurantees against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifetime of the product, when used under normal conditions and for the purposes intended.This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty doesn't apply if the damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. This warranty applies to the original purchases made from our website or an authorized re-seller, is non-transferrable, and is valid only for the period of time the products are owned by the original purchaser. To make a claim, please email support@ablecarry.com for evaluation. Please provide your order details, description of fault or damage, or relevant photos.

Production Delays
We do our best to meet or exceed shipping estimates but in the event there is a delay, whether due to production or logistics, we will notify all customers and interested parties of this. At the moment we are on track for March 25th delivery.

Shipping Delays
With the Omicron 5th wave in Hong Kong right now, we are seeing delays in air freight for both Hong Kong post as well as courier services such as UPS. At the moment, transit times to Japan is stable and we will update customers with latest shipping information if needed.
