Free Shipping
Orders that include a backpack and any accessory ships for free. Due to its size, Max backpack orders are not included.

Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7-15+ business days after that. Please make any adjustments to your order by reaching out to support@ablecarry.com within 24 hours. 

Orders cannot be adjusted after they ship. Orders in Hong Kong are usually dispatched and delivered within 1-2 business days via SF 
Express.

Power through wet days with the Rain Cover – one lightweight piece of wet-protecting waterproof nylon, custom-built for Able Carry backpacks. Elastic-tight fit, drain hole, and integrated carry pouch, to attach (and pack away!) in seconds. Use the Rain Cover as a tote with the reinforced handles.

Are your bags waterproof?

Our backpacks are water resistant, not waterproof. Our fabrics all come with a layer of Durable Water Repellent (DWR), and will handle splashes and brief periods light rain.

However, like most zipped backpacks, our backpacks are not waterproof: water can eventually seep in in prolonged exposure, so  to protect your bag in for longer exposure or in heavy rain, we recommend adding a raincover for enhanced protection.

What is your 14 Day Trial Policy?

Our 14 Day Trial only applies to Backpacks. It starts from your delivery date. Try out the bag (keep the packaging), and put it through its paces. If it's working out for you, great!

If it's not a good fit for you? No problem – get in touch to support@ablecarry.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there. 

A few things to note:
• Returned items must come with original packaging.
• Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
• Easy returns is available for Hong Kong, USA, Japan, Germany, UK, Taiwan, Korea, Canada – returned at your cost to a local forwarding address.

Accessories are not subject to our 14 day trial and non-refundable. They are under our limited lifetime warranty and if you have any issues please reach out to our support team!
