    Standard Shipping

    We offer international shipping to most countries and rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. If your country is not supported, shipping by courier may be arranged. Please contact support@ablecarry.com for a quote.

    Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7-15+ business days after that. Please make any adjustments to your order by reaching out to support@ablecarry.com within 24 hours. 

    Orders cannot be adjusted after they ship. Orders in Hong Kong are usually dispatched and delivered within 1-2 business days via SF 
    Express.

    How do I make a return or exchange?

    You can return your backpack any time within 14 days of receipt. 

    Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number to start the process. From there, we’ll send instructions on where to send the bag.

    A few things to note:
    • Only Backpacks may be returned.
    • Returned items must come with original packaging.

    Accessories are not subject to our 14 day trial and non-refundable. They are under our limited lifetime warranty and if you have any issues please reach out to our support team!

    Are your bags waterproof?

    Our backpacks are water resistant, not waterproof. Our fabrics all come with a layer of Durable Water Repellent (DWR), and will handle splashes and brief periods light rain.

    However, like most zipped backpacks, our backpacks are not waterproof: water can eventually seep in in prolonged exposure, so  to protect your bag in for longer exposure or in heavy rain, we recommend adding a raincover for enhanced protection.
    How do I place an order?

    For customers shipping to Japan, please visit ablecarry.jp.

    *Product pages without the option for shipping locations means we will ship from our Hong Kong warehouse.

    Select the color you want and click “add to cart”. Then proceed to checkout. Shipping options and costs are provided after you enter your shipping details.

    What is your 14 Day Trial Policy?

    Our 14 Day Trial only applies to Backpacks. It starts from your delivery date. Try out the bag (keep the packaging), and put it through its paces. If it's working out for you, great!

    If it's not a good fit for you? No problem – get in touch to support@ablecarry.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there.

    • Returned items must come with original packaging.
    • Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
    • Easy returns is available for Hong Kong, USA, Japan, Germany, UK, Taiwan, Korea, Canada – returned at your cost to a local forwarding address.
