We offer international shipping to most countries and rates and transit times are calculated at checkout. If your country is not supported, shipping by courier may be arranged. Please contact support@ablecarry.com for a quote.
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 7-15+ business days after that. Please make any adjustments to your order by reaching out to support@ablecarry.com within 24 hours.
Orders cannot be adjusted after they ship. Orders in Hong Kong are usually dispatched and delivered within 1-2 business days via SF Express.
How do I make a return or exchange?
You can return your backpack any time within 14 days of receipt.
Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number to start the process. From there, we’ll send instructions on where to send the bag.A few things to note:• Only Backpacks may be returned.• Returned items must come with original packaging.Accessories are not subject to our 14 day trial and non-refundable.
