New bag brand Able Carry launches a commuters backpack today for the world’s on-the-go citizens.
Enthralled in the hustle of a city that never sleeps, Able Carry saw the need to bridge the gap between over-engineered pricey backpacks and entry-level bags that lacked the support to meet the needs of modern city life. ““Living in a hyper-mobile city like Hong Kong– we’re seeing a shift in how people structure their day; people aren’t locked down to just one location for work, study, and play. We saw a gap in the market for a simple and durable bag to move seamlessly through their activities in both versatility, comfort, and style.” said Able Carry’s Founder, Julian Chow. The Daily was built on the foundation of delivering a high-quality product that would perform at a fair price.
The Daily is designed by lead design PC Lau, together with Jeffrey Leong, and Julian. Built as a compact backpack tailored for urban environments.
Launching on Kickstarter, The Daily is an affordable backpack built with premium materials chosen for strength – CORDURA NYLON for the Casual version and X-PAC laminated ripstop for the Active version. Quality hardware from YKK RC zippers to Duraflex buckles are chosen for reliability. Emphasizing on comfort, the team designed a custom A-frame suspension system, vented back padding and wide-cut shoulder strap support, built to sit comfortably on your shoulders all day.
With a lifetime guarantee upon purchase, Able Carry is confident The Daily is built for the long run.
"The Daily" is available in multiple colors and consumers will have their choice of pre-ordering from January 18th – February 21st. The 2 styles, Active and Casual, are priced 720HKD and 520 HKD respectively and during their Kickstarter campaign the jackets can be pre-ordered starting at 720HKD for the Active, and 520HKD for the Casual.
