How big is the Daily?

The Daily is a 20L backpack, with the following dimensions:

48 cm x 28 cm x 19 cm

19” x 11” x 7.5”

How much does the Daily weigh?

Active (X-Pac) – 880g / 1.9lbs

Casual (Nylon) – 950g / 2.1lbs

What’s the difference between the Active & the Daily Casual?

Same bag, different skin! The Daily comes in two materials. The Daily Active is built with reinforced sailcloth from XPAC, a lightweight and tough fabric. The Daily Casual uses a tough 1000D Nylon from Cordura, with good scratch resistance and colors.

What does 20L Mean?

A 20 liter bag will fit a day’s worth of carry. Your mileage may vary, but this is a pretty standard setup: 15” Device, Couple T-shirts, Charger, Stash Pouch, Glasses.

Note: The Daily is a compact carry, so may be a snug fit for some. Being compact helps with being nimble in crowded streets!

Will the Daily fit my laptop?

The laptop compartment in the Daily fits up to 15” devices and is protected on all sides. It’s a floating design, meaning elevated off the bottom for extra protection against drops.

What are all the pockets for?

Anything really, if they fit. We’ve added 6.5 pockets for you to arrange things the way you like.

What’s the Stash Pouch?

Our compact pouch useful for cables, toiletries, loose knick-knacks and whatever else you want to stash.

What’s the .5 Pocket?

A little pocket useful to stash emergency cash, or whatever you want to stow away until you need it.

What’s the best way to clean my bag?

Generally, spot cleaning with mild detergent a cloth is good enough.

My bag is really dirty – what should I do here?

Remove the insert by lifting the velcro strap. Hand Wash and air dry.

Can I remove the foam insert?

You sure can. The Foam insert adds firmness to the structure and we recommend keeping it on. To remove it, lift the velcro area and slide the foam out, and refasten the velcro tab.

How can I place an order?

Select the color you want, click “add to cart”, and proceed to checkout. If you’re unsure you can message us at support@ablecarry.com, or drop us a line in the messenger at the corner of this page.

I've placed an order, now what?

We usually ship out within 1-2 days. We’ll send you a tracking number once it’s shipped out. From there, sit tight! It’s on the way. We’ll get in touch with any important updates.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Please make any changes within 24 hours of your order by emailing support@ablecarry.com with your order details. Once we’ve shipped out, you will be responsible for returns.

Do you have any stores?

Ablecarry.com is currently the best place to get your bag. Want to see Able Carry products in your country? Let us know at support@ablecarry.com. We’ll let you know as soon as we’re there.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most places! Just choose your location at checkout.

How much is shipping?

We’ve tried to keep shipping fees as reasonable as possible. Shipping costs can be estimated during checkout. Shipping is free for Hong Kong.

How long will shipping take?

Depending on your location, generally anywhere from 5-14 days. If you’re out in the middle of Antarctica it might take a bit longer.


Warranty, Returns and Exchanges

What's your Warranty Policy?
Our Warranty covers workmanship defects to our products for life. If you have a problem with your bag, send us an email at support@ablecarry.com and we'll sort you out.
What is your return policy?

Try it on for 14 days. If you decide the Daily’s not for you, send it back. We’ll handle the rest.

How do I make a return or exchange?

Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number to start the process. From there, we’ll send instructions on where to send the bag.

There’s an issue with my bag, can I repair it?

Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort you out as best as we can.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we’ve received a return with no issues, we’ll process your refund. The refund will be credited back to your payment method. This process can take up to 30 days. We’ll be sure to send you a notification once it’s done.
