Are your bags waterproof?

Our backpacks are water resistant, not waterproof. Our fabrics all come with a layer of Durable Water Repellent (DWR), and will handle splashes and brief periods light rain.

However, like most zipped backpacks, our backpacks are not waterproof: water can eventually seep in in prolonged exposure, so  to protect your bag in for longer exposure or in heavy rain, we recommend adding a raincover for enhanced protection.

What’s the best way to clean my bag?

Spot cleaning with mild detergent a cloth. 

Please note the Durable Water Repellent coating may rub off with time. We recommend reapplying a DWR coating to maintain best water resistance.

My bag is really dirty – what should I do here?

Remove the insert by lifting the velcro strap. Hand wash and air dry. Do not machine wash.

Can I remove the foam insert?

You sure can. The foam insert adds firmness to the structure and we recommend keeping it on. To remove it, lift the velcro area and slide the foam out, and refasten the velcro tab.

How do I place an order?

In our Product page, select the color you want, click “add to cart”, and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our secure payment processing is powered by Stripe, an industry leader in online payments. Most major Credit Cards are accepted.

Paypal and Apple Pay are also accepted and can be also selected at checkout.

I've placed an order, now what?

We usually ship out within 1-2 business days. We’ll send you a tracking number once it’s shipped out. From there, sit tight! It’s on the way. We’ll get in touch with any important updates.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

We aim to ship out as soon as possible. Please make any changes as soon as possible by emailing support@ablecarry.com with your order details and modification requests. Once we’ve shipped out, products will be subject to our Return Policy.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to most places! Just choose your location at checkout. Reach out to support@ablecarry.com if you don't see your country.

How much is shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping to most countries.

Shipping costs and options will be available at checkout.

How long will shipping take?

Depending on your location, orders should arrive between 5-14 business days.

*Shipping times may vary during Pandemic, and we cannot gaurantee times. Please expect delays.

Are Tax & Custom Fees covered?

Depending on your location, you may be charged an additional custom fees or sales tax by your respective country. 

We cannot mark orders as gifts or lower the invoice sales value.

Returns / Exchanges

There’s an issue with my bag, can I repair it?

Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort you out as best as we can.

What's your Warranty Policy?

Our Warranty covers workmanship defects to our products for life. Normal wear and tear, modified bags and other user-damage cannot be covered. If you have a problem with your bag, send us an email at support@ablecarry.com and we'll sort you out.

What’s your 14 Day Trial Policy?

Our 14 Day Trial starts from delivery date. Try out the bag (keep the packaging), and put it through its paces. If it's working out for you, great!

If it's not a good fit for you? No problem – get in touch to support@ablecarry.com with your order number, and we’ll take it from there. 

A few things to note:
• Returned items must come with original packaging. 
• Crowdfunded, pre-ordered items sold at a discount and products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
• Easy returns is available for the USA, Japan, Germany, UK, Taiwan, Korea, Canada – can be sent at your cost to a local forwarding address.
• A flat rate of $5 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking fees.

How do I make a return or exchange?

You can return your backpack any time within 14 days of receipt. 

Email us at support@ablecarry.com with your order number to start the process. From there, we’ll send instructions on where to send the bag.

• Only Backpacks may be returned.
• Returned items must come with original packaging. 
• Crowdfunded, pre-ordered items sold at a discount, products sold as a Bundle, and products marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• A flat rate of $5 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover restocking fees.

When can I expect my refund?

Once we’ve received a return with no issues, we’ll process your refund, minus restocking fees listed in our Return Policy. The refund will be credited back to your payment method. This process can take up to 30 days.
