We ship all our orders DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). This translates to - on't worry, we have paid for all the customs duties and taxes so you just need to focus on receiving the package!

Depending on the shipping country, we will either collect tax and duties at checkout or it will be included in the shipping fee.

US Orders
We ship most of our orders from our Hong Kong warehouse which means starting February 4th 2025, we will need to pay for Tax and Duties for all orders going to the US. We have crunched some numbers and offered a flat rate shipping fee that covers tax and duties that we feel is affordable for our new circumstances.

International Orders
Tax and duties to other countries will be calculated at checkout along with shipping options. At the moment we only offer standard shipping rates as expedited shipping rates are so volatile that it is hard for us to keep up with at the moment.
